You can choose either a phone consultation or a video consultation.

For video, I will send you access to a confidential portal and request your signature and some basic information.

For phone calls, I will call you at the time we agree upon.

The consultation is not therapy. It is intended for us to get a sense of each other, and for you to have a chance to ask questions to determine for yourself if and how to begin.

Couples Therapy (50min Session)

     $175 per session

Couples Therapy (75min Session)

     $185 per session

Diagnostic Session (60-75 min)

     $200 initial session

I am in network with Premera and Lifewise Insurances through my affiliation with the Shelterwood Collective.

Kaiser will likely allow you to work with me in network as well, please ask me about the process to work with Kaiser.

For other insurances, I can provide a superbill, which is essentially an invoice you give your insurance company to request reimbursement for services that are out of network. Again, please ask about this process if you want to go that route.

You have a right to a Good Faith Estimate for my services which I will provide before we begin working together.
